Email/SMS metadata and content (as configured), delivery events, opt-out status, and engagement tracking (opens/clicks/visits).

Dealerships control the customer data they upload or connect (e.g., clients, repair orders, vehicles). The dealership is responsible for ensuring it has the legal right to use that data for communications and marketing.
